The blue check flag motif creates a lively atmosphere that really enhances the vibe of the brewery. While the service was friendly, the brats fell short of expectations and the beer selection, including the Weiss and Keller varieties, didn’t impress me as much as others I've tried.
The smoky flavor of the Roush beer wasn’t to my taste either. It has its charm, but there are definitely stronger choices around.
