The highlight here is definitely the pastry and Imperial sours, bursting with fruit flavor, though they might be on the sweeter side for some. The stouts, especially the barrel-aged ones, lean heavily into that pastry profile, which adds a nice richness.
While the lagers and Hefeweizen are decent, they don’t quite match the excitement of the standout sours and stouts. It's a place that satisfies, especially for those with a sweet tooth.
