After a long day of travel, making homemade pizza in our portable oven is a cozy tradition. This brush really shines at cleaning the pizza stone; the palm-stalk bristles are gentle yet effective, and I appreciate that they won't leave metal particles behind.
The handle is comfortable, making it easy to scrub away the leftover bits. One thing to keep in mind, though: if the stone is very hot, the bristles can start to smolder, so I usually let it cool down a bit first.
