After a long day paddling around, getting the kayak back on the roof is no small task. That's where these budget-friendly J-cradles come in handy.
They're tough, with sturdy steel construction and padded cradles that hold the kayak well. They fit my crossbars without any issues, making loading and unloading smoother.
However, putting them together wasn't straightforward. The included wrench felt flimsy, so I ended up using my own tools.
Would have been nice if the assembly was easier. Still, for the price, they do the job and keep the kayak secure.
