When I'm heading out to a new taproom with my uKeg, I love that I can keep my favorite brew fresh and carbonated for weeks. These 16g CO2 chargers do the job well, allowing for a smooth pour without the bulk of an external system.
However, I've run into some foaming issues during the first pour, especially if the beer is a bit warm. Plus, if you’re force carbonating a second batch, you might find one cartridge just doesn’t cut it.
Overall, they're a solid addition to my beverage gear, but a bit of caution is needed to avoid those pesky overflow situations.
