I've spent countless days hiking through trails that start off cool and end up blazing by noon. These pants shine because they zip off into shorts, making them perfect for temperature changes throughout the day.
The lightweight fabric is quiet and dries quickly, which is a blessing when you accidentally step into a creek. However, I do wish they were more breathable in humid conditions.
