After a long day of hiking, I set up a little workout session in my RV with these resistance bands. The variety in resistance levels is fantastic, letting me easily switch things up based on what muscle group I'm targeting.
However, I found that there was a bit of a learning curve when it came to figuring out how to stack the bands properly for different exercises. If you're just starting out, it might take some time to get used to them.
