In the midst of prepping meals on the road, I find this little chopper makes quick work of onions and herbs without hogging the counter space. It packs a surprising amount of power for its size, making meal prep much smoother.
The lid mechanism can be a bit finicky, though; sometimes it's hard to get it aligned just right, and that leaves me wondering about its long-term durability. For small meals, it works great, but you'll need to batch it if you're cooking for a larger group.
