Rolling out dough on my countertop became much simpler with this non-slip mat that really stays in place. The measurement guides are a thoughtful touch, making it easy to get my crusts just right without a ruler.
However, the strong rubber smell was off-putting at first and it took a while to fade. Plus, the material feels a bit flimsy, so I worry about its long-term durability.
Still, it serves its purpose well for now.
