After a long day on the road, it's nice to have a gym system that fits easily into my backpack. The variety of exercises and resistance levels keeps my workouts interesting, and the durable construction gives me confidence that it will hold up over time.
That said, I've noticed that the door anchor and band connections can feel a bit loose, which may be frustrating at times. Also, for those used to traditional weights, the resistance bands might not provide the same satisfying challenge.
Still, it's a valuable tool for staying fit while traveling.
