When I'm out on the road and need to whip up a meal, a sharp knife makes all the difference. This sharpener does a great job of getting my blades ready quickly and with minimal fuss.
However, I've noticed that the narrow block holder can flex a bit when I use longer knives, which makes it tricky to get that perfect edge. Plus, the rough edges of the wood could use some better finishing.
